  • One complimentary green fee pass per every fifteen players.
  • Every outing participant will receive $15 off green fee coupon good for their next round at Northern Bay Golf Resort and Marina.
  • Complimentary use of practice facility during day of event.
  • 25% off all non-sale golf shop merchandise purchased by outing coordinator.
  • Produce all golf documents for event participants. This will include the following documents, but not limited to: Players Alphabetical List, Pairings List, Rules and Information Sheet and Scorecard.
  • All placement and retrieval of hole events and sponsor signs or any other on course items.
  • Provide designated number of tables and chairs for registration.
  • The proper set-up and staging of all golf outing carts.
  • All or any pre-event announcements.
  • Supply ample staff for all escorting of player and volunteers to carts and starting holes.
  • Make available sufficient beverage cart service for all golf outing participants during event.
  • Complete all tournament’s scoring to produce final results at end of event.
  • Generate and present all invoicing and billing to outing coordinator following event closing
